Our asset management focuses heavily on value add strategies like unit/exterior renovations, ratio utility billing systems, and rental increases missed by previous managers. This allows our values to dramatically increase when executed correctly.
We always start with the end in mind. When we review a potential acquisition, we look at what our end game is. Return on capital is our focus, and we achieve that with cash out refinances, sales, and other strategies if the opportunity presents itself.
