He has been involved in 100+ flips, 5 large apartment building acquisitions (with 3 successful exits) and currently holds a portfolio of 50 doors through his companies. He prides himself on excellent return on capital. His main focus now is large apartment communities and helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate investing.

Courtney Brenner
Director of Management
Courtney is a new addition to the team and brings her expertise as a previous attorney to our management arm. She graduated with a law degree, and holds a graduate level certificate from Harvard on Real Estate Investment.
