We buy, renovate, and manage real estate as our full-time business. That's the experience we bring to multifamily.

Josh Ax is a full-time real estate investor and operator. Buying and operating real estate as his full-time business keeps him close to pricing, construction costs, financing, and tenant demand.
In multifamily, Josh has acquired five apartment properties in northeastern Pennsylvania. He sold three in 2022 and one in 2025, and still owns one. All five were acquired by Josh Ax personally or through affiliated entities, before Ax Management LLC was formed, using his own capital plus lender and creative financing arrangements. No outside equity investors have participated to date. His approach is simple: buy well, operate hands-on, and stay patient. Several of his acquisitions came from following up with owners for years until the timing was right.
Josh writes about what he sees in multifamily and is glad to talk with people who want to learn how apartment investing works.

We manage our properties in-house. Keeping management under our own roof helps us control costs and stay close to every building, backed by deep roots in property and asset management.
Managing in-house is how we operate. It does not ensure lower costs or any particular investment result, and every investment involves risk, including loss of principal.
Kyle has worked with Josh for several years sourcing and negotiating acquisitions through broker and owner relationships.

Any offering will be limited to accredited investors whose status we verify.
